基于熵权法的信息系统外包服务商评选方式研究

摘　　要：现代企业信息系统的快速发展和信息系统应用的专业化、复杂化,使得信息系统外包已成为一种重要的信息系统管理模式。通过外包,企业在加强了业务流程与信息系统技术整合的同时,能够改良信息系统管理部门的绩效。因此,信息系统外包服务商的选择评价方法,成为了信息系统外包过程中的最主要问题之一。文章基于通过访谈的方式修订的指标和SPSS13.0软件分析检验的指标体系,通过熵值法计算出数据的客观权重,再利用企业决策者偏好理论,通过变权方法对权重进行进一步修订,最后运用PROMETHEE-Ⅱ方法对外包商资质排序以构成完整的评价模型。With the rapid development of modern enterprise information system and the perfection, complexity and specializa- tion of information system application,information system outsourcing has become an important mode of information system man- agement.Through outsourcing,enterprises can not only improve the performance of information system management department, but also strengthen the integration of business process and information system technology.Therefore,the selection and evaluation method of information system outsourcing service providers is also one of the most important problems in the process of informa- tion system outsourcing. Based on the index system revised by interview and the index system of SPSS 13.0 software analysis and inspection,the objective weight of the data was calculated by entropy method,and then the scientific revision of the weight by the decision maker＇s preference was considered. Finally, the PROMETHEE-Ⅱ method was used to sort out the qualification of the foreign contractor to form a complete evaluation model.
