阿莫西林克拉维酸钾片联合穿王消炎胶囊治疗急性咽扁桃体炎患者的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨急性咽扁桃体炎患者应用阿莫西林克拉维酸钾片+穿王消炎胶囊治疗的效果。方法抽取本院2014年1月～2016年12月收治的急性咽扁桃体炎90例为研究对象,以用药方式分组:对照组45例行阿莫西林克拉维酸钾片,实验组45例行阿莫西林克拉维酸钾片+穿王消炎胶囊,观察两组治疗效果。结果 (1)实验组治疗总有效率93.33%显著高于对照组77.78%(P<0.05);(2)实验组高热缓解时间(22.34±5.42)h、咽痛缓解时间(51.38±8.93)h、扁桃体充血缓解时间(72.21±10.36)h均显著短于对照组(28.76±6.23)h、(59.97±11.56)h、(79.57±14.38)h(P<0.05);(3)实验组用药后不良反应发生率11.11%与对照组8.89%比较差异无统计学意义。结论在阿莫西林克拉维酸钾片口服治疗基础上,给予急性咽扁桃体炎患者穿王消炎胶囊口服治疗,可有效消除炎症反应,改善临床症状,缩短患者康复时间,且联合用药安全性高,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of treatment with aanoxicillin and clavulanate potassium tablets and Chuanxiaoxiao capsule in patients with acutepharyngealtonsillitis. Methods Atotal of 90patients with acute pharyngealtonsillitis admittedto our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were enrolled in the study. The control group was divided into 45 cases of amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium tablets, and the experimental group of 45 cases. Moxilin Clavulanic Acid Potassium Tablets ＋ Wang Wang Xiaoyan Capsules were observed to observe the therapeu- tic effects of the two groups. Results @ The total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.33% significantly higher than that of the control group （77.78%） （P〈0.05）. @ The experimental group had high heat relief time （22.34~5.42） h, sore throat relief time （51.38~8.93） h, tonsil conges- tion relief. The time （72.21 ~ 10.36） h was significantly shorter than that of the control group （28.76~6.23）h, （59.97~ 11.56）h, （79.57~ 14.38）h （P〈 0.05）. @ The incidence of side reactions after the treatment in the experimental group was 11.11%. There was no significant difference between the control group and the control group of 8.89%. Conclusion On the basis of oral treatment of amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium tablets, oral ad- ministration of Wang wangxiaoyan Capsule in patients with acute pharyngeal tonsillitis can effectively eliminate the inflammatory reaction, improve clinical symptoms, shorten the recovery time of patients, and the safety of combined medication is high. Worth promoting.
