手术取栓联合腔内介入治疗急性深静脉血栓的临床研究

摘　　要：目的分析手术取栓联合腔内介入治疗急性深静脉血栓的临床效果。方法选取2014年3月～2017年1月于本院收治的急性深静脉血栓患者中30例,联合应用手术取栓与同侧髂静脉腔内支架植入术对其进行治疗,分析其临床治疗效果。结果有18例患者植入永久性滤器,8例患者植入临时滤器,4例患者植入可回收滤器。患者平均采用导管取栓3.7次,并且成功完成支架植入术与球囊血管成形术;随访结果显示患者下肢肿胀现象全部消失,多普勒超声检查结果显示患者在随访过程中均没有下肢深静脉血栓形成。结论手术取栓联合腔内介入治疗急性深静脉血栓的临床效果显著,能获得良好的早期临床效果,值得推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of surgical thrombectomy combined with intraluminal interventional treatment of acute deep venous thrombosis. Methods From March 2014 to January 2017, 30 patients with acute DVT admitted to our hospital were treated with thrombolysis and ipsilateral iliac stent implantation and analyzed Clinical treatment effect. Results Eighteen patients had a permanent filter, eight patients had a temporary filter, and four had a disposable filter. The patients were treated with catheters for an average of 3.7 times, and the stent implantation and balloon angioplasty were successfully performed. The follow-up results showed that the lower extremity swelling of the patients disappeared com- pletely. The results of Doppler ultrasonography showed no lower extremity during follow-up Venous thrombosis. Conclusion The clinical effect of surgical thrombectomy combined with intraluminal interventional treatment of acute deep venous thrombosis is significant, which can obtain good early clinical results and is worth promoting.
