摘　　要：目的分析左甲状腺素片联合丙基硫氧嘧啶对妊娠期甲状腺功能亢进的影响效果。方法本次研究中,所选择的120例患者入院治疗时间为2016年3月～2017年4月,分为两组进行比较,对照组治疗药物选择丙基硫氧嘧啶,观察组患者则采用左甲状腺素片联合丙基硫氧嘧啶进行治疗。结果治疗前两组患者的血清FT4、FT3以及TSH水平差异无统计学意义,而治疗后,两组患者的数据明显改善,但是观察组患者的改善情况明显优于对照组,同时观察组胎儿畸形率发生和对照组相比差异无统计学意义。但是观察组剖宫产率、流产率、早产率和胎儿宫内窘迫发生率,均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期甲状腺功能亢进的患者,采用左甲状腺素片联合丙基硫氧嘧啶治疗的效果较为理想,能有效改善患者甲状腺激素指标,同时还能改善妊娠结局,保证母婴安全,临床意义较为深远。Objective To analyze the effect of levothyroxine tablets combined with propylthiouracil on hyperthyroidism during pregnancy. Methods In this study, the selected patients were admitted to hospital from March 2016 to April 2017. The number of patients was 120. The patients were divided into two groups for comparison. The control group selected propylthiouracil as the treatment drug. Patients in the group were treated with left thyroxine tablets and propylthiouracil. Results There was no significant difference in serum FT4, FT3 and TSH levels between the two groups before treatment. After treatment, the data of the two groups were significantly improved. However, the improvement in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group. There was no significant difference in the rate of malformation compared with the control group. However, the rate of cesarean section, miscarriage rate, premature delivery rate and fetal distress in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In patients with hyperthyroidism during pregnancy, the effect of left thyroxine tablets combined with propylthiouracil is relatively satisfactory. It can effectively improve the thyroid hormone index in patients. It can also improve the outcome of pregnancy and ensure the safety of mother and child. The clinical significance is more Fax-reaching.
