生理性海水鼻腔喷雾器对30例鼻内镜术后患者鼻腔治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨生理性海水鼻腔喷雾器对30例鼻内镜术后患者鼻腔治疗效果观察。方法选取本院收治的60例鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者作为本次的研究对象,2016年3月～2017年2月为收治时间,将其依据治疗方案分为对照组与研究组,两组患者分别为30例,对照组行鼻内镜治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上行生理性海水鼻腔喷雾器治疗,并将两组患者经相应治疗方案干预的临床疗效、鼻腔出血消失时间、痂皮消失时间及并发症发生情况进行对比。结果研究组患者经鼻内镜术及生理海水鼻腔喷雾器治疗的总好转率为96.67%,高于对照组(P<0.05);并发症发生率为3.33%,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者其鼻腔出血消失时间为(5.14±0.87)d,痂皮消失时间为(5.87±1.07)d,均少于对照组的(7.59±0.54)d、(8.33±0.69)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生理性海水鼻腔喷雾器对鼻内镜术后病人鼻腔治疗的效果显著,可提高临床效果,降低出血,促进痂皮消失,且并发症发生率较低,可推广实施。Objective To investigate the effect of nasal saline nebulizer in 30 cases of nasal endoscopic surgery. Methods 60 patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps treated in this hospital were selected as the study subjects. The treatment time was from March 2016 to February 2017. The treatment was divided into a control group and a study group according to the treatment plan. Thirty patients were included in the study. The control group underwent nasal endoscopic treatment. The study group was treated with a physiological saline nasal spray on the basis of the control group, and the clinical efficacy, nasal bleeding disappeared, and moulting of the two groups were intervened by the corresponding treatment plan. The disappearance time and complications were compared. Results The total improvement rate of the study group patients treated with nasal endoscope and saline nasal spray was 96.67%, higher than the control group（P〈 0.05）; the complication rate was 3.33%, lower than the control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）; The disappearance time of nasal bleeding in the study group was （5.14±0.87）d, and the disappearance time of the skin was （5.87±1.07）d, which was less than that of the control group （7.59±0.54）d, （8.33±0.69）d, the difference was significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Physiological seawater nasal sprayer has a significant effect on nasal cavity treatment after nasal endoscopic surgery. It can im- prove the clinical effect, reduce bleeding, promote the disappearance of crust, and has a lowincidence of complications. It can be promoted and implemented.
