摘　　要：目的探讨分析慢阻肺急性加重期患者血浆C-反应蛋白及D-二聚体水平变化。方法选取本院2016年6月～2018年3月收治的60例慢阻肺急性加重期患者(观察组)和同期来我院体检的60例体检健康者(对照组),分析两组患者血浆C-反应蛋白及D-二聚体水平。结果治疗干预之后,慢阻肺急性加重期患者血浆C-反应蛋白(7.67±5.45)mg/L及D-二聚体水平的水平(0.45±0.15)mg/L显著低于治疗前,与对照组对比差异也存在统计学意义;患者D-二聚体水平与血氧分压呈负相关关系,与动脉血二氧化碳分压呈正相关关系。结论联合分析血浆C-反应蛋白及D-二聚体水平能够判断慢阻肺患者急性加重,及时进行解痉,缺氧纠正以及抗凝治疗等,能够显著改善患者临床预后。Objective To investigate the changes of plasma C-reactive protein and D-dimer levels in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods Sixty patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （observation group） who were admitted to our hospital from June, 2016 to March, 2018, and 60 healthy subjects who were admitted to our hospital during the same period （control group） ）, the levels of plasma C-reactive protein and D-dimer were analyzed in the two groups. Results After treatment intervention, plasma C-reactive protein （7.67±5.45） mg/L and D-dimer levels （0.45±0.15） mg/L were significantly lower in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease than before treatment. There was also a statistically significant difference in the contrast of the control group. There was a negative correlation between the D-dimer level and the blood oxygen partial pressure, and a positive correlation with the arterial blood carbon dioxide partial pressure. Conclusion Combined analysis of plasma C-reactive protein and D-dimer levels can determine the acute exacerbation of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, timely antispasmodic, hypoxic correction and anticoagulant therapy, which can significantly improve the clinical prognosis of patients.
