摘  要:目的研究生化检验在糖尿病诊断中的应用及其临床价值。方法随机选取2017年6月以来该院行生化检验的100例患者为对象,其中收治的50例糖尿病患者作为观察组,并且选取同时期进行常规尿检的50例非糖尿病患者作为对照组,检测两组接受检验者的血脂、血糖、血蛋白情况进行检测,并比较两组结果。结果相比于对照组,观察组脂蛋白(877±23)、肌酸激酶(731±13)、总胆红素(20.7±0.3)、同型半胱氨酸(23.21±0.35)、纤维结合蛋白(295.3±0.6)有显著升高,但前白蛋白(18.1±0.4)却明显降低,组间差异有统计学意义(t=138.00,201.98,70.00,103.57,575.80,145.00,P<0.05);观察组患者2 h糖耐受实验异常率86.00%,比对照组4.00%显著更高(χ~2=22.146,P<0.05)。结论将生化检验用于糖尿病的诊断可以显著提高糖尿病的检出率,并且准确性更高,这在糖尿病的诊断和治疗中有着显著的临床价值。Objective The application and clinical value of postgraduate examination in the diagnosis of diabetes. Methods 100 patients with biochemical tests in the hospital since June 2017 were convenient selected. Among them, 50 patients with diabetes were enrolled in the observation group, and 50 non-diabetic patients who underwent routine urine tests at the same time were selected as the control group. The group was tested for blood lipids, blood glucose, and blood protein, and the re- sults of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group of lipoprotein (877± 23), creatine kinase (731±13), total bilirubin (20.7±0.3), homocysteine (23.21±0.35), fiber binding protein (295.3±0.6) was significantly increased, but prealbumin (18.1_±0.4) was significantly decreased, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (t=138.00, 201.98, 70.00, 103.57, 575.80, 145.00, P〈0.05). The abnormal rate of 2 h glucose tolerance test in the observation group was 86.00%, which was significantly higher than thai of the control group 4.00% (X2=22.146, P〈 0.05). Conclusion The use of biochemical tests for the diagnosis of diabetes can significantly improve the detection rate of diabetes, and the accuracy is higher, which has significant clinical value in the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes.
