摘 要:针对钢带式过卷缓冲装置中的钢带在受到高速冲击时,钢带被拉长变细容易断裂的问题,提出了用钢带+硅橡胶+钢带的组合作为过卷缓冲装置的缓冲元件,并对其进行了计算分析和soildworks仿真分析。根据分析结果,发现钢带加硅橡胶式缓冲元件比钢带式缓冲元件具有更好的缓冲制动效果。For the problem that the steel strip in the steel strip overwinding buffer is elongated and becomes thin and easy to break when it is subjected to high speed impact, the combination of steel strip + silicon rubber + steel strip is proposed as the buffer element of overwinding buffer device, and calculation analysis and soildworks simulation analysis are carried out. According to the analysis, it is found that the combination of steel strip + silicone rubber + steel strip type buffer component has a better brake effect than that of the steel strip type buffer component.
