摘 要:大倾角软煤大采高综采工作面合理布置形式对保障矿井安全高效生产至关重要。以新疆焦煤集团2130煤矿25221工作面为工程背景,分析了大倾角软煤大采高综采工作面伪仰斜布置与伪俯斜布置的特点。通过力学分析结合数值模拟,着重研究了伪仰斜工作面煤壁片帮加剧的机理及伪俯斜布置抑制煤壁片帮的优越性。指出大倾角软煤大采高综采工作面伪俯斜布置须采用与之相适应的异型液压支架支护顶板。The reasonable layout pattern of fully mechanized mining face, with large mining height, is very important to ensure safe and efficient production of mine in soft seam with large dip angle. Taking 25221 mining face in 2130 coal mine of Xinjiang Coking Coal Group as the engineering background, the characteristics of both pseudo-supine-inclined and pseudo-bow-inclined layout of fully mechanized mining face in soft steeply dipping seam are analyzed. By means of mechanics analysis and numerical simulation, the mechanism of rib spalling aggravation in pseudo-supine-inclined working face and the superiority of pseudo-bowinclined layout to restrain rib spalling are mainly studied. It is pointed out that the pseudo-bow-inclined layout of fully mechanized mining face, with large mining height, in large dip soft seam has to adopt corresponding special-shaped hydraulic support to support roof.
