摘 要:分析了工作面区域瓦斯预警指标研究和应用现状,提出了基于监控系统的工作面瓦斯预警指标研究。在反演思路的基础上,指出了通过显性监测信息反演自然因素和开采技术因素的变化趋势的可行性。通过分析瓦斯涌出与可能影响因素之间的关系,针对掘进工作面建立了3类13种瓦斯预警指标并提出了13种指标的计算基础数据粒度。以瓦斯解析预警指标为例,结合某掘进工作面,对瓦斯解析预警指标的有效性和准确性进行了验证,认为瓦斯解析预警指标与现场瓦斯危险程度一致性较好,有较强的现场适用性。This paper analyzes the research and application status of gas early-warning indicators in the working face area and proposes the research on gas early-warning indicators in the working face based on the monitoring system. Based on the idea of inversion, the feasibility of using explicit monitoring information to reverse the change trend of natural factors and mining technology factors is pointed out. Based on the analysis of the relationship between gas emission and possible influencing factors,13 kinds of gas early-warning indexes of 3 types were set up for tunneling face, and the basic data granularity of 13 kinds of indexes was proposed. Taking the gas analytical early warning index as an example, the validity and accuracy of the gas analytical early warning index are verified in combination with a driving face. It is concluded that the gas analysis and early warning indicators are in good agreement with the danger degree of gas on site and have strong applicability on site.
