摘　　要：中国倡导构建人类命运共同体为全球治理贡献了中国智慧,给出了中国方案。科学的结构设计是共同体得以有效运行的基本保证,因而构建科学合理的结构是构建人类命运共同体的重要任务。超越以霸权制衡思维为核心的"中心—边缘"结构,建立以成员间共商共建共享为核心的"环形—向心"结构,实现身份认知转换的观念建构、促进机制变革的体系建构、厘定发展进路的路径建构是构建人类命运共同体的时代选择。China advocates building a community of human destiny to contribute Chinese wisdom to global governance and gives a Chinese plan. The structural design of science is the basic guarantee for the effective operation of the community. Therefore, constructing a scientific and rational structure is an important task in building a community of human destiny. Beyond the ＂central-edge＂ structure centered on hegemony balance thinking, establishing a ＂ring-to-center＂ structure with members as the core of joint construction and sharing, realizing the concept construction of identity cognition transformation, and promoting the system construction of institutional change and determining the path of development, is the choice of the era for building a community of human destiny.
