摘 要:研究低盐度池塘中分别套养0. 09、0. 15、0. 30 g·m^(-3)的点篮子鱼(Siganus guttatus)对凡纳滨对虾(Penaeus vannamei)养殖效果的影响。结果表明,平均全长(4. 92±0. 38) cm、平均体质量(1. 95±0. 43) g的点篮子鱼苗种,与凡纳滨对虾经过5个月的套养后,各密度组点篮子鱼的存活率均达到80%以上,相互间无显著性差异。0. 09 g·m^(-3)密度组下的点篮子鱼体长、全长和体质量增长均最快,0. 15 g·m^(-3)密度组次之,0. 30 g·m^(-3)密度组增长最慢;套养点篮子鱼后各池塘中氨氮、亚硝酸盐、硝酸盐、氯化物、硫化物含量均呈不同程度的下降,且套养点篮子鱼密度越高,水体中上述无机物含量越少;套养不同密度的点篮子鱼各池中凡纳滨对虾的全长和体质量均高于对照组,且随套养密度的增加,凡纳滨对虾全长和体质量逐渐增加,凡纳滨对虾平均产量也随点篮子鱼套养密度的增加而上升,0. 30 g·m^(-3)的套养密度下,凡纳滨对虾的平均产量(0. 48±0. 03) kg·m^(-3)。点篮子鱼能有效改善养殖水体的水质,提高凡纳滨对虾的养殖产量和效益。通过探讨点篮子鱼与凡纳滨对虾的生态养殖模式,为进一步拓展其养殖空间和养殖方式提供科学依据和参考。The experiment was conducted to study the effects of 0.09, 0.15 and 0.30 g · m^-3 of Siganus guttatus on the culture of Penaeus vannamei in low salinity ponds. The results showed that the survival rate of Siganus guttatus with an average total length of (4.92 ±0.38) cm and an average weight of (1.95 ±0.43) g in each group was more than 80%. After 5 months of breeding with Penaeus vannamei, there was no significant difference between each Siganus guttatus group. The growth of length, total length and weight of Siganus guttatus under the density of 0. 09 g ·m^-3 was the fastest, followed by 0. 15 g·m^-3, and 0.30 g·m^-3 was the slowest. The contents of ammonia nitrogen, nitrite, nitrate, chloride and sulphide in different cuhuring ponds decreased, and the higher the density of the Siganus guttatus, the less the inorganic matter in the water. The total length and weight of Penaeus vannamei were higher than those of the control group, the total length and weight of Penaeus vannamei increased with the increase of the density. The average yield of Penaeus vannamei increased with the increase of the density of Siganus guttatus, the average yield of Penaeus vannamei was (0.48 ± 0.03) kg·m^-3 under 0.30 g·m^-3 density. Siganus guttatus can effectively improve the quality of aquaculture water and increase the yield and benefit Penaeus vannamei breeding. The ecological culture model of Siganus guttatus and Penaeus vannamei was studied, the aim was to provide scientific basis and reference for further expanding the breeding space and perfecting breeding methods.
