摘　　要：投资决策是企业所有决策中最关键、最重要的决策。介绍了投资决策的内容,以及Excel模拟运算表的特点、分类,并以某大型铜多金属矿山建设项目为例,探讨了Excel模拟运算表的应用。在矿山建设项目投资决策阶段,运用Excel模拟运算表,能够方便、准确、快捷地计算出目标值,为项目投资决策者提供有力帮助。Investment decision is the most critical and introduces the content of investment decision as well as the important of all decision-makings in enterprises. This paper characteristics and classification of Excel Simulation Calculation Table. In a case study of a large copper polymetallic mine construction project, the application of Excel Simulation Calculation Table has been further discussed. By using Excel Simulation Calculation Table during the investment decision-making stage of the mine construction project, target value can be calculated conveniently, quickly and accu- rately, thus, it may offer great help to project investors or decision-makers.
