摘 要:近年来,随着全球矿石开采量的增加,矿石品位不断降低,冶炼时需要的磨矿粒度也越来越小,细磨设备受到更多的重视和广泛应用。介绍了细磨设备中在黄金选矿厂应用最为广泛的立式螺旋搅拌磨机的结构和工作原理,分析了φ1200立式螺旋搅拌磨机研制过程中参数的确定方法,简述了其在沂南金矿的应用。实践证明,φ1200立式螺旋搅拌磨机具有节能降耗等特点,应用效果显著。With the increase of the global ore production, the ore grade is decreasing, and the grinding granularity is required to be smaller and smaller for smelting. The fine grinding equipment is more and more widely applied. This paper introduced the structure and working principle of the vertical spiral agitating mill that is most widely used in gold ore dressing plant, analyzed the method to determine the parameters of Ф200 vertical spiral agitating mill in the development process, and briefly described its application in Yinan Gold Mine. Practice proved that the Ф200 vertical spiral agitating mill is energy-saving and has outstanding application performance and is worth promoting.
