摘　　要：国际联运客车装用的DRV2A型双向闸瓦间隙调整器在运用换装宽轨转向架时,经常发生手动调整闸调器不动作故障。通过对DRV2A型双向闸瓦间隙调整器内部结构特点及工作原理分析,并与ST1-600型闸调器进行对比模拟试验,找出了故障原因,并给出了DRV2A型闸调器现车手动调整螺杆的建议。The trouble of failure to actuate of the brake slack adjuster in manual adjustment often appears in the DRV2A double-direction brake slack adjusters mounted on international passenger cars while changing into the wide gauge bogies.Via analysis of the inner structure features and working principle of the DRV2A double-direction brake slack adjusters,and through the comparison simulation test with the ST1-600 brake slack adjuster,the causes to the trouble are found out,and suggestions are given on manual adjustment of the screw rod of the DRV2A double-direction brake slack adjuster on an actual car.
