摘　　要：图书馆职业道德是图书馆职业活动中的重要概念,具有重要的理论研究价值和意义。研究图书馆职业道德中的"休谟问题"有助于提高馆员对职业道德的理性认识,培养馆员的职业道德修养,提升馆员的职业能力。以图书馆职业道德中的"休谟问题"为研究对象,论述了对"休谟问题"的解读,同时对相关理论概念进行了辨析。图书馆职业道德规范的确立是一个逻辑推理的过程,离不开价值判断的中介作用,价值判断构成了图书馆职业道德中联系"是"与"应该"的逻辑通道。Librarian professional ethics is an important concept in librarian professional activities, which has important theoretical re- search value and significance. The study of the Hume Issue of librarian professional ethics will help to improve librarians＇ rational un- derstanding of professional ethics, cultivate their professional ethics, and enhance their professional competence. This paper takes the Hume Issue of librarian professional ethics as the research object, discusses the interpretation of the Hume Issue, and also discrimi- nates the relevant theoretical concepts. The establishment of librarian professional ethics is a process of logical reasoning process, which can not be separated from the intermediary role of the value judgment. In librarian professional ethics, the logical channel be- tween ＂is＂ and ＂ought＂ is value judgment. 29 refs.
