摘　　要：中国女性图书馆妇女口述资料建设工作是在不断探索中进行的,其项目制的运作方式,推荐制招募访谈员,"中期辅导"和"个性化"管理,收集、研究和出版同步,伦理规范与法律规范并行等特色保证了妇女口述资料收集工作的科学性、专业性和可持续性。该机构在妇女口述资料建设工作中遇到的一些问题也值得进一步探索和思考。Chinese women library has collected the women oral materials by constant exploration. Some features such as the working mode of project, recommendation system of recruiting interviewer, ＂ mid counsel＂ and ＂ individuation management＂ , synchronous in collection, research and publication, ethics and legal norms in parallel ensures that the collection of women oral materials is scientific, professional and sustainable. The problems encountered by the agency deserve further exploration and thinking. 5 refs.
