数字信息环境下高校图书馆开展社会服务的理论和实践探讨——以湖南师范大学为例

摘　　要：文章系统分析了高校图书馆开展社会服务所依据的法律制度和政府政策,论述了高校图书馆开展社会服务对于满足社会需求和推动自身发展的现实意义,介绍了湖南师范大学图书馆近年来在数字信息环境下开展社会服务所取得的成果和经验,探讨了高校图书馆为有效开展社会服务而应采取的策略。This article systematically analyzes the legal system and government policy that academic libraries carry out their social serv- ices, and discusses the practical significance of the development of social services by academic libraries to meet social needs and pro- mote their own development. Taking Hunan Normal University Library as an example, this paper introduces its recent years＂ achieve- ments and experiences in developing social services under the digital information environment and explores the strategies that academic libraries should adopt to effectively carry out their social services. 6 refs.
