“逆城市化”的动力模式:一个健康传播的分析框架

摘　　要："逆城市化"是城市化进程中的一种特殊状态,其背后拥有着城市人口低增长率、中心人口偏移、群体亲近自然等诸多现象,而健康则作为一种变量弥散其中。借用健康传播的相关理论,本文审视了今天"逆城市化"背后的动力模式,表明健康作为衡量城市的一种新型维度正在崛起,从户籍人口、就业机会、居住环境和生活方式四个方面都可见健康作为"逆城市化"背后的传播动力性崛起与变迁。同时强调,这种变迁在促进有机体的生态模式形成之时,必然存在有的"城市—社会—人口"的三位一体性的健康关联,也将成为当下建设"健康中国"战略的本源之一。＂ Counter-urbanization＂ is a special state in the process of urbanization,reflecting a lot of phenomena behind it,such as low growth rate of urban population,deviation of central population,closeness of groups to nature and so on,and health is dispersed among them as a kind of variable.Based on the theory of health communication,this paper examines the dynamic model behind today＇s ＂counter-urbanization＂,indicating that health is emerging as a new dimension to measure cities.From the four aspects of registered population,employment opportunities,living environment and lifestyle,health communication and the change behind ＂counter-urbanization＂ could be seen.At the same time,it is emphasized that when this kind of change promotes the formation of ecological model of organism,there must be the trinity health connection of ＂city,society and population＂,and it will also become one of the strategic sources in building ＂ healthy China＂ now.
