摘 要:采用弹塑性有限元方法分析了不同力学性能参数组配的15组金属对接焊接头拉伸应力应变场演变历程,结果显示,所有对接焊接头"名义应力-位移"曲线均存在拐点,在该拐点载荷下接头截面投影已全面屈服,低强匹配钢对接焊接头拉伸试验验证了该拐点特征;基于该特征将名义屈服载荷与接头母材处初始截面积的比值定义为金属对接焊接头的名义屈服强度。Tensile stress and strain field evolutions of metal butt weldments of 15 groups with different mechanical property parameters were analyzed by elastic-plastic finite element method. Results showed that there was a knee point on nominal stressdisplacement curve for all tested butt weldments and at the knee point yielding across the whole thickness section occured,which was confirmed by tensile test of undermatched butt weldments; that based on the analytical and test results,nominal yield strength was defined as the ratio of nominal yield force to initial section area of base metal.
