摘 要:研究了烧结焊剂中SiO_2含量对含Nb、Ti不锈钢丝极埋弧焊脱渣性能的影响。试验结果表明,随着焊剂总SiO_2含量的降低,焊剂匹配ER321和ER347焊丝埋弧施焊的粘渣程度减轻;当总SiO_2含量在(7. 55~8. 15)%范围内时,可得到匹配ER321和ER347焊丝焊接工艺性能和熔敷金属性能良好的焊剂。The effect of agglomerated flux’s SiO2 content on slag removal performance of submerged arc welding of stainless steel containing Ti and Nb was investigated. The results showed that with decreasing of the total amount of SiO2 in agglomerated flux,the starch level of submerged arc welding with ER321 and ER347 also reduced; that as the total amount of SiO2 was within the scope of 7. 55% ~ 8. 15%,agglomerated flux matching ER321 and ER347 welding processes and contributing to deposited metal of good properties could be obtained.
