摘  要:研究了254SMO板材拼焊工艺,结果表明,多种工艺参数下的焊接接头的力学、工艺性能、耐蚀性满足标准要求,接头无硬化现象,母材热影响区未发现σ相的析出。The tailor-welding process of 254SMO plate was studied. The results showed that the mechanical and process performances and corrosion resistance of the welded joint could meet the requirements of relevant standards. The joint had no hardening phenomenon and there was no σ phase found in heat affected zone of the base metal.
