摘 要:采用理论计算与试验相结合的方法分析了铁素体型钢焊接中氢的存在状态,结果表明,高温电弧和熔池阶段,氢主要以原子状态存在;高温奥氏体阶段,氢主要以原子形态存在于八面体间隙中;中低温铁素体阶段,氢主要聚集于铁素体晶界,大部分形成高压气态分子沿网状联通开放的晶界向外逸出。The existence state of hydrogen in welding process of ferritic steel was analyzed by theoretical calculation method and experiment. The results show that hydrogen exists in high temperature arc and molten pool in atomic state; that hydrogen exists in high temperature austenite octahedral interstice in atomic state; that hydrogen atoms gather in ferritic grain boundary during medium-low temperature ferritic stage,most of which form high pressure gaseous molecules and escape from open grain boundaries connected as network.
