莲的化学成分及药理研究进展

摘　　要：莲是药食两用药材的大品种,包括莲须、莲房、莲子、莲子心、藕节和荷叶等多个药用部位,主要分布于湖南、江西、福建和湖北等地。通过大量文献调研,综述莲的主要化学成分,包括荷叶碱、莲心碱、莲子多糖和原花青素等化合物。莲还具有广泛的药理作用,如降脂减肥、改善睡眠和润肠通便等功效,具有巨大的研究和开发潜力。对莲的化学成分及药理作用进行文献总结,以期为其深入研究与开发提供参考。Lotus,important edible,medicinal and ornamental plants,including Lotus stamen,lotus chamber,lotus seed,plumula nelumbinis,rhizoma nelumbinis and lotus leaf,etc.It is mainly distributed in Hunan,Jiangxi,Fujian and Hubei.The main chemical constituents of lotus,including nuciferine,liensinine,polysaccharide and procyanidins,were reviewed in this paper.In addition,lotus has a wide range of pharmacological effects.It has the effect of reducing fat and weight,improving sleep and moistening intestines and relieving constipation.The chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of lotus were summarized in order to provide references for further research and development of lotus.
