摘　　要："阿拉伯之春"爆发后,中东地区大国之间的矛盾与争夺加剧,地缘政治格局日益复杂化。土耳其加速"回归中东",积极塑造大国地位,实行更为强硬和安全化色彩浓厚的地区外交政策。土耳其借助介入地区争端、建立军事基地、扩大安全合作等形式稳步扩大了在东地中海、海湾、红海—非洲之角这三个中东核心次区域的政治与军事存在,提升了在地区事务中的发言权和影响力,正在形成具有本国特色的中东地缘三角战略,对中东地区热点问题、地区格局与大国关系带来复杂影响。In the wake of the Arab Spring which has led to the intensification of regional conflicts and rivalry and other geopolitical competition,Turkey has accelerated its"return to the Middle East"to enhance its status as a regional power by implementing a more active,assertive and securitized foreign policy in the region.By intervening in regional disputes,establishing military bases and expanding security cooperation,Turkey has steadily expanded its political and military presence in the three core sub-regions of the Middle East:the Eastern Mediterranean,the Gulf,the Red Sea and the Horn of Africa.It has enhanced its influence in regional affairs and developed a unique strategy emphasizing geopolitical triangles,which has complex implications for regional hotspots,the regional balance of power,and even great power relations involving the Middle East.
