摘  要:随着工程机械市场的发展,客户对产品外观质量要求也越来越高,而CO_2气体保护焊存在焊接飞溅大、焊缝成形较差等问题,影响了工程机械结构件的质量,富氩CO_2气体保护焊与CO_2气体保护焊相比,具有焊缝表面成形好、飞溅少、低温冲击韧性和抗疲劳性能好的特点。针对某工程机械企业所用Q960级钢板进行了热输入为7.0 k J/cm的富氩CO_2焊斜Y坡口焊接裂纹试验和热输入为(8.0±1) k J/cm的富氩CO_2焊焊接工艺试验,结果表明:采用富氩CO_2焊焊接宽厚板时,厚板多层焊根部焊道的冷裂纹敏感性好,而拉伸与弯曲试验表明,不是所有的Q960级宽厚板材都适合采用富氩CO_2焊的焊接方法。With the development of construction machinery market,customers were increasingly high demands on the appearance quality of the product,and there were some problems such as high spatter and poor appearance of weld in theshielded arc welding,which affected the quality of engineering machinery parts,but argon richshielded welding compared withshielded arc welding,which the surface of the appearance of weld was good,less spatter,impact toughness at low temperature and fatigue performance characteristics.In the paper,the mechanical enterprises in a project with Q960 plate was welded with Y shape welding process test heat input of7.0 kJ/cm and cracking test and welding heat input of(8)k J/cm of rich argonshielded arc welding.The results showed that the cold crack sensitivity of multi-layer welding root of thick plate was good when using argon richshielded arc welding to weld wide and thick plate,while the tensile and bending tests showed that not all Q960 wide and thick plates were suitable for rich argonshielded arc welding.
