摘 要:目的:探讨不同形式汞化合物对亚急性小鼠肾脏的毒性差异。方法:健康小鼠随机分为7组,每组6只,分别每日灌胃给予等量生理盐水、HgS 0. 2 g·kg^(-1)、朱砂0. 2 g·kg^(-1)、高剂量朱砂2 g·kg^(-1)、朱砂安神丸1. 8 g·kg^(-1)、HgCl20. 032 g·kg^(-1)、甲基汞0. 026 g·kg^(-1),连续给药30天后处死,取肾组织,检测肾汞蓄积量、肾脏病理、免疫组织化学方法检测肾脏金属硫蛋白的表达。结果:氯化汞组、甲基汞组肾汞蓄积量明显增高(P<0. 05),肾脏金属硫蛋白表达明显增多(P<0. 05),可见明显的肾脏病理损伤。HgS、朱砂及其复方朱砂安神丸组对各项指标未见明显影响,朱砂高剂量组可见轻度肾脏病理损伤。结论:短时间连续给药后,氯化汞、甲基汞的肾脏汞蓄积量及肾脏金属硫蛋白的表达明显高于HgS,朱砂及其复方,并可造成明显的肾脏损伤。实验证明远高于临床剂量的大剂量连续使用朱砂可造成一定的肾脏损伤。To investigate the difference of renal toxicity of various forms of mercury in subacutemice. Method: Healthy mice were randomly divided into seven groups, with 6 in each group. Mice in everygroup were garaged with saline, HgS 0.2 g·kg-1, cinnabar (0.2 g · kg-1), high-dose cinnabar (2 g ·kg-1),ZhushaAnshen Pills (1.8 g · kg-1), HgC12 0.032 g · kg-1, and MeHg (0.026 g · kg-1) with the same amountdaily for 30 days. Then the tissues of kidney were taken after the mice were killed. The mercury accumulation inkidney, renal pathology and expression of metallothionein in kidney by immunohistochemical method were deter-mined. Results: In the HgCl2 and MeHg groups, the accumulation of mercury in kidney was obviously increased(P〈0.05), while the expression of metallothionein in kidney was greatly increased as well (P〈0.05), whichshowed obvious renal pathological injury. There was no significant impact on indicators in groups of HgS, cinna- bar and its compound ZhushaAnshen Pill. Mild renal pathological injury could be observed in the high-dose cin- nabar group.Conclusion:After a short period of continuous administration, the amount of mercury in the kidney and the expression of metallothionein in the kidney were significantly higher in HgCl2 and MeHg groups than those in the HgS group, cinnabar and its compound ZhushaAnshen Pill, which may cause obvious injury to the kidney.
