摘 要:随着电机的应用范围变得越来越广泛,同步电机的磁路设计也更加重要。文中利用Ansoft公司的Maxwell2D模块建立同步电机模型、网格剖分、边界加载和求解,并对结果进行磁场分析,仿真结果比较准确地反映了同步电机内部磁场或磁密分布曲线,以及电机的气隙磁密分布的相关特性。为同步电机的进一步精细优化设计提供理论依据。As the application of motor becomes more and more extensive,the magnetic circuit design of synchronous motor is also more important.In this paper,Maxwell 2 D module of Ansoft company was used to build the model,mesh generation,boundary loading and solution of synchronous motor,and the results were analyzed.The simulation results accurately reflected the internal magnetic field or magnetic density distribution curve of synchronous motor and the related characteristics of air gap magnetic density distribution of the motor.It provided a theoretical basis for further fine optimization design of synchronous machines.
