摘 要:相位噪声测量和处理在保持频率源频率稳定度中具有重要的研究意义。而传统相位噪声测量系统是基于同频信号处理建立的,要处理异频信号需经过一些复杂的频率变换才能进行相位噪声测量。通过对异频信号进行处理,将边沿效应理论应用到相位重合检测技术,通过提取边沿信息实现对高分辨率远载频波的相位噪声测量。新型的相位噪声测量技术不需要借助高精度频率合成器,只需一个参考源,便可完成任意不同频率信号的相噪测量[1],不仅降低了测量复杂性和设备成本,并且具有测量精度高、范围宽的特点。Phase noise measurement and processing plays an impor tant role in maintaining frequenc y stability of frequenc y sources.The traditional phase noise measurement system is based on the same frequenc y signal processing,and the phase noise measurement is needed for the complex frequency transformation of the different frequency signals.By applying the edge effect theory to the phase coincidence detection technology,the phase noise of high resolution far carrier wave can be measured by using the edge effect theory.The new phase noise measurement technology does not need some high-precision frequency synthesizers,and only one reference source can complete the phase noise measurement of any different frequency signal.It reduces the complexity of measurement and equipment costs,and has the characteristics of high precision and wide range.
