摘　　要：文章针对电力系统传统程控交换网存在的问题,提出了程控交换网改造思路,探讨了电力调度交换网、行政交换网IP化改造的解决方案。Aiming at the problems existing in the traditional SPC switching network of power system,this paper put forward the idea of transformation of SPC switching network,and discussed the solution of IP transformation of power dispatching switching network and administrative switching network.
