青海省汉族居民高尿酸血症的患病情况分析

摘　　要：目的探讨青海省2015年9月-2016年6月高尿酸血症的患病情况。方法采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样的方法,抽取青海省18岁以上常住汉族居民2 623人,城市1 383人,农村1 240人,进行问卷调查、体格检查及血液生化等指标测定,了解青海省高尿酸血症的患病情况。结果青海省汉族居民的患病率为12.6%,男性为16.7%,女性为7.9%;城市为15.2%,农村为9.7%;高尿酸血症伴发疾病中以腹型肥胖最为常见(71.5%),其次为高脂血症(71.2%)、超重和肥胖(67.3%)、高血压(46.4%)、糖尿病(11.2%)。结论青海省汉族高尿酸血症的患病率较高,男性HUA患病率高于女性,城市高于农村。应改善生活方式,加强健康教育,提高居民生活水平。Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the prevalence of hyperuricemia in Han nationality in Qinghai province from September 2015 to June 2016. Methods 2623 residents aged over 18 years old were selected by cluster random sampling method in Qinghai province （1383 urban residents and 1240 rural residents）. Interview, physical examination and laboratory test were carried out. Logistic regression model was used to investigate related risk factors. Results The prevalence of hyperuricemia was 12. 6%, and male （16.7%）, female （7.9%）, urban （15.2%）, rural （9.7%） were higher for men （14. 59%） than women （10.21%） in Qinghai province. The main concomitant disease of hyperuricemia was abdomen obesity （71.5%）, hyperlipemia （71.2%）, overweight and obesity （67.3%）, hypertension （46.4%）, and diabetes mellitus （11.2%）. Conclusion The prevalence rate of hyperuricemia in Han nationality was high in Qinghai province, and male was higher than female. The city was higher than the countryside. We should improve the life style, strengthen health education and improve the living standard of residents.
