摘 要:研究3×0.24/9×0.225CCHT钢丝帘线替代3+9×0.22+0.15HT钢丝帘线在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体中的应用。结果表明:与3+9×0.22+0.15HT钢丝帘线相比,3×0.24/9×0.225CCHT钢丝帘线直径较小,破断力较大;以3×0.24/9×0.225CCHT钢丝帘线替代3+9×0.22+0.15HT钢丝帘线用于全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体中,成品轮胎的外缘尺寸和强度性能满足设计或国家标准的要求,耐久性能提高,质量减小,制造成本降低。The application of 3×0.24/9×0.225 CCHT steel cord to replace 3+9×0.22+0.15 HT steel cord in the carcass of all-steel truck and bus radial tire was investigated.The results showed that,comparing with 3+9×0.22+0.15 HT steel cord,the breaking force of 3×0.24/9×0.225 CCHT steel cord was larger and the diameter of the cord was smaller. The overall dimension and strength of the finished tire were all in line with the requirements of national standards by using 3×0. 24/9×0. 225 CCHT steel cord in tire carcass instead of 3+9×0. 22+0. 15 HT steel cord. The durability of the finished tire was improved,and the tire weight and manufacturing cost were reduced.
