摘  要:百日咳(whooping cough)是一种由百日咳鲍特菌(Bordetella pertussis)感染所引起的急性呼吸道传染病,严重时可导致婴幼儿死亡。近年来百日咳的复发流行表明,百日咳的防控效果不理想,现有疫苗的保护力衰减是其重要的原因,亟需研发新型百日咳疫苗。现从不同研发角度对加强免疫、提高产能和优化工艺以及对全细胞百日咳疫苗(whole-cell pertussis vaccine,w P)、无细胞百日咳疫苗(acellular pertussis vaccine,a P)的改进,新抗原来源形式、应用新运送系统、新佐剂的新型百日咳疫苗作一概述。Whooping cough is a respiratory infectious disease caused by Bordetella pertussis,which can even lead to infant death in a severe situation. The pertussis recurrence in recent years shows that the prevention and control effect of pertussis is not desirable. The most important reason is due to the protection on the decline from the existing vaccines,so it is urgent needed to develop new types of pertussis vaccines. This overview describes on the new pertussis vaccines from different aspects including strengthening the immunization effect,improving production and optimization of preparation process,particularly,enhancement based on whole-cell pertussis vaccine( wP) and acellular pertussis vaccine( aP),and application of new antigen resource,new delivery system and new adjuvant.
