摘　　要：目的探讨在经外周静脉穿刺置入中心静脉导管(PICC)专科护理门诊患者置管维护中应用AIDET沟通模式的效果。方法根据PICC置管患者来专科护理门诊维护时的程序,建立PICC置管维护的AIDET沟通标准用语,将2015年10月—2016年7月在医院PICC专科护理门诊首次就诊进行置管维护患者60例为对照组,采用常规的PICC置管维护和健康指导。2016年8月—2017年5月到医院PICC专科护理门诊首次就诊进行维护患者60例为研究组,按照AIDET沟通模式进行PICC置管维护和指导健康教育。记录2组患者置管相关并发症的发生情况,评估就诊1个月、3个月时患者满意度。结果研究组的导管留置时间比对照组长(P <0. 05)。研究组患者的导管相关并发症发生率低于对照组(P <0. 05)。研究组患者就诊1个月和3个月的PICC专科护理门诊满意度评分均高于对照组(P <0. 01)。结论将AIDET沟通模式运用到PICC置管维护的服务中,能获得良好的沟通效果,有效提高患者满意度,减少PICC置管的相关并发症的发生风险。Objective To investigate the efficacy of AIDET communication mode in nursing care of outpatients with peripherally inserted central catheter （PICC）. Methods The AIDET standard communication mode was established according to the nursing procedure of outpatients with PICC catheterization. A total of 60 outpatients undergoing PICC maintenance between October 2015 to July 2016 were selected into the control group and received conventional PICC catheter maintenance and health guidance. Another 60 patients with PICC maintenance between August 2016 and May 2017 were selected into the study group, and the AIDET communication mode for PICC maintenance and health education was carried out. The catheter-related complications and the satisfactory degree of patients after 1 month and 3 months of treatment were compared between two groups. Results The catheter indwelling time of the study group was longer than that of the control group（ P 〈0.05）. The incidence of catheter-related complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group （ P 〈0.05）. The score of satisfaction assessment in the study group was higher than that in the control group at 1 month and 3 months after intervention, respectively（ P 〈0.01）. Conclusion Application of the AIDET communication model can achieve a good communication effect with outpatients with PICC maintenance, improve their satisfaction and reduce the risk of PICC- related complications.
