颈椎牵引配合三色散外敷治疗颈椎病的效果及护理

摘　　要：目的评价颈椎牵引配合三色散外敷治疗颈椎病的疗效,总结护理经验。方法 60例颈椎病患者分成观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组采用推拿、针刺、拔罐等常规方法,观察组在对照组基础上配合采用颈椎牵引加三色散外敷。评估2组临床疗效,随访3个月,记录复发情况。结果临床疗效评价观察组优于对照组(P <0. 05)。观察组复发率(6. 67%)低于对照组(16. 67%),但差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论颈椎牵引配合三色散外敷治疗颈椎病有效,治疗期间配合针对性护理干预对降低复发率、提高颈椎病患者生活质量具有积极意义。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of cervical traction combined with external application of Sanse powder preparation in treatment of cervical spondylosis, and to summarize related nursing measures. Methods Totally 60 patients with cervical spondylosis were divided into the observation group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. Patients in both two groups received routine treatment including massage, acupuncture and cupping therapy. Patients in the observation group were given cervical traction combined with external application of Sanse powder preparation. The clinical efficacy of treatment and relapse of disease after three months follow-up were compared between two groups. Results It showed a better overall therapeutic effect in the observation group than that in the control group （ P 〈0.05）. The relapse rate of cervical spondylosis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, but with no significant difference （6.67%vs. 16.67%, P 〉0.05）. Conclusion The combination treatment of cervical traction and external application of Sanse powder preparation is effective in treatment of cervical spondylosis. It is required to carry out corresponding nursing measures to reduce the relapse rate and improve the quality of life of patients during treatment.
