中医综合护理对耳鸣患者负性情绪及临床症状的改善作用

摘　　要：目的探讨中医综合护理对耳鸣患者的负性情绪及临床症状的改善作用。方法选取2017年1月—2018年1月收治的耳鸣患者64例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各32例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照的基础上采用中医综合护理。观察2组干预前和干预后2周、1个月时抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、耳鸣严重程度,干预后1个月评价临床疗效。结果干预后1个月,2组SDS及SAS评分较干预前及干预后2周下降,且观察组低于对照组(P <0. 05);干预后1个月,观察组耳鸣严重程度轻于对照组(Z=8. 759,P <0. 05);干预后1个月,观察组临床疗效优于对照组(Z=8. 004,P <0. 05)。结论中医综合护理有助于调节患者负性情绪,改善耳鸣症状。Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） on improvement of negative emotions and clinical symptoms of patients with tinnitus. Methods Totally 64 patients with tinnitus were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 32 in each group. Patients in both two groups received routine care, and those in the observation group were given comprehensive TCM nursing interventions. The Self-rating Depression Scale （SDS）, Self-rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） and degree of tinnitus were assessed before intervention, 2 weeks and 1 month after intervention. The clinical efficacy of interventions was assessed 1 month after intervention. Results The SDS and SAS scores of patients were lower at 1 month after intervention than those before and 2 weeks after intervention, and were lower in the observation group （ P 〈0.05）. Patients in the observation group had lower degree of tinnitus severity compared with those in the control group （ Z =8.759, P 〈0.05）. The overall effective of interventions in the observation group was superior to that in the control group （ Z =8.004 , P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive TCM nursing interventions are effective to alleviate negative emotions and clinical symptoms of patients with tinnitus.
