改良SBAR沟通模式在肿瘤内科反向交接班中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨改良SBAR沟通模式在肿瘤内科反向交接班中的应用效果。方法抽取肿瘤内科2个病区,每个病区在班护士12名和患者100例为研究对象,分为对照组病区和研究组病区。对照组病区使用传统的沟通模式和交接班方式,研究组病区采用改良SBAR沟通模式联合反向交接班方式。评价2组病区护士临床工作实践能力和交接班质量,比较2组病区患者满意度。结果研究组病区护士临床工作实践能力考核得分合格率高于对照组病区护士(P <0. 05)。研究组病区护士交接班质量效果优于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。研究组病区患者满意度高于对照组病区(P <0. 05)。结论在肿瘤内科反向交接班中应用改良SBAR沟通模式,能有效提升护士临床工作实践能力和交接班质量,提高患者满意度。Objective To investigate the application efficacy of modified SBAR communication mode in reversed nursing handover in the oncology clinic. Methods Totally two oncology clinics were selected as the control group and the study group, respectively. In each oncology clinic, there were 12 nurses and 100 patients included as the research objects . The routine communication mode and nursing handover were adopted in the control group, while the modified SBAR communication mode combined with the reversed nursing handover were carried out in the study group. The clinical practice ability and quality of nursing handover were evaluated, and the satisfactory degree of patients in two groups was assessed. Results Nurses in the study group achieved higher qualification rate of clinical practice ability assessment compared with those in the control group, with a significant difference（ P 〈0.05）. Nurses in the study group achieved better quality of nursing handover compared with those in the control group, but with no significant difference （ P 〈0.05）. Patients in the study group were more satisfied with the nursing handover compared with those in the control group, with a significant difference （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The modified SBAR communication mode combined with the reversed nursing handover is potentially effective to improve the clinical practice ability and quality of nursing handover in the oncology clinic, and it can also improve the satisfaction degree of patients.
