摘　　要：河北省高校毕业生就业市场在国家宏观政策指导下,在国务院的统筹下,经过多年建设,形成了定位准确、品牌精炼、内合外联的就业市场运行机制,对毕业生资源的合理配置发挥了应有的作用。但随着我省经济发展提质提速和新生代就业群体就业期望的不断变化,毕业生就业市场也存在结构性矛盾突出、跨域特色双选会建设不足、就业市场信息化共享程度不高、就业市场的区域导向作用不足等问题。有必要从转变大学生就业观念、创新大学生就业网络市场、建设行业性就业市场、推进京津冀毕业生就业联合市场等方面入手,创新河北省高校毕业生就业市场开发和建设,促进河北省高校毕业生就业工作的长远深入发展。Under the guidance of the State＇s macroeconomic policies and under the overall planning of the State Council, Hebei Province＇s college graduates＇ employment market has formed an employment market operation mechanism with accurate positioning, brand refinement and internal integration, and rational allocation of graduate resources.
