转型背景下广东地方高校社体专业人才培养SWOT研究

摘　　要：本文运用文献资料、实地考察与访谈、逻辑分析等研究方法,对地方高校转型发展背景下广东高校社体专业办学进行SWOT分析。在客观分析社体专业办学所具有的优劣势基础上,认为广东高校社体专业目前面临健身娱乐业发展对社体专业人才有更大需求、国家和地方政策为社体专业办学提供利好等机遇。同时,面临的主要威胁既包括其它体育专业的同质化竞争也有职业型社会体育指导员的大量涌现。广东高校在转型发展过程中可以从专业办学特色、校企合作、高水平应用型人才培养等角度全面考虑社体专业办学的与时俱进问题。By means of literature, field investigation and interview, and logical analysis, this paper makes SWOT analysis on the professional running of college social sport specialty in Guangdong under the background of transformation and development of local universities. In objective analysis on the advantages and disadvantages of the specialty, this paper concludes the opportunities such as greater demands of social sport majors due to fitness and entertainment industry development, and profits from national and local policies; at the same time, it also illustrates the threat such as competition from other sport majors, and the emerge of professional social sport instructors. The development of this specialty should be considered from the following aspects： specialty features, college and enterprises collaboration, and high-level applied talents cultivation.
