摘　　要：介绍了UGI造气循环水系统的工艺流程,提出了经济可行的平流沉淀池、微涡流池封闭措施,并结合UGI造气循环水系统逸散气体的成分特征和企业实际情况,分析现有的VOCs治理技术,找出了适合UGI造气循环水系统逸散气体的治理方法,为国内UGI为气头的企业提供了参考。This paper introduces process flow of UGI gasification circulating water system, puts forward economically feasible horizontal sedimentation tank and micro-eddy sedimentation tank sealing measures, and combines the composition characteristics of gas escaped from UGI gasification circulating water system with actual situation of enterprise to analyze the current VOCs treatment technologies,finds a suitable treatment method for gas escaped from UGI gasification circulating water system.
