佳木斯地区女生月经初潮年龄及体脂含量的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:通过对佳木斯地区月经初潮年龄及体脂含量进行调查研究,分析该地区月经初潮年龄(age at menarche,AAM)的分布特征以及体脂含量与月经初潮之间的相关性。方法:对佳木斯地区10~14岁女生共计2367名就其月经是否来潮进行问卷调查,测量其身高、体重、腰围、臀围、皮褶厚度(肩胛部、上臂、腹部),并计算体重指数(body mass index,BMI)。结果:佳木斯地区月经初潮平均年龄(mean menarche age,MMA)为12. 56±1. 43岁。月经来潮组与未来潮组比较,不同年龄段月经来潮组的体重、身高、BMI、腰围、臀围及总皮褶厚度均高于未来潮组,且差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:月经初潮年龄与体脂相关指数密切相关,并呈负相关,今后应积极引导青春期女生通过合理控制饮食、增加运动量等,将体重控制在合理的范围,以减缓AAM提前的趋势。Objective： By means of researching the age at menarche and body fat in Jiamusi region, Analysis the distribution characteristics of AAM（ age at menarche, AAM） and the link between body fat and AAM in Jiamusi region. Methods： A total of 2368 puberty girls from 10 to 14 years old in Jiamusi region were conducted a questionnaire on whether or not they have experienced menarche. The height, weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, as well as skinfold thickness （scapular, upper ann, abdomen）were measured. And we also calculated the BMI （body nmss index, BMI）. Results： The mean menarche age （mean menarche age, MMA） of J imnusi region was 12.56± 1.43 years. In different age groups the mean values of height, weight, waist circumference, hip circumference , BMI and the total skinfold thickness in menstruation group were higher than those in non- menstruation groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Age at menarche is negatively related to body fat - related index . In the future, we should guide the puberty girls to control their weight in a reasonable range by keeping a reasonable diet and increasing physical activity, in order to slow down the trend of AAM.
