摘　　要：结合我国工业经济结构调整的实际发展情况,探讨工业经济结构调整所面临的问题,并针对这些问题提出优化工业经济结构的对策和思路,以期提升我国工业经济的运行质量,提高工业企业的市场竞争力。Combining with the actual development of China＇s industrial economic structure adjustion, this paperdiscusses the problems faced by the adjustment of industrial economic structure, and puts forward some countermeasuresand ideas for optimizing the industrial economic structure so as to improve the operation quality of chinas industrialeconomy, and enterprise market competitiveness.
