摘　　要：随着高等学校的普及与发展,普通高校科研队伍在不断增大,成为我国建设科技强国的重要组成部分。在普通高校日益增多的科研管理工作形势下,及时发现科研管理中的问题,寻求解决方法以及探寻提高科研管理效率的有效途径,对普通高校科研工作的发展起着十分重要的作用。With the popularization and development of regular colleges, the scientific research teams in regular colleges are increasing constantly, and become an important part of China construction of a powerful country in science and technology. In the situation of increasing scientific research management in regular colleges, it is important for the development of scientific research to discover the problems in the management, the solutions and the effective ways to improve the efficiency of scientific research management.
