锁骨钩钢板与锁定钢板内固定术治疗不稳定性胸锁关节前脱位的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究锁骨钩钢板与锁定钢板内固定术应用于治疗不稳定性胸锁关节前脱位的临床效果。方法前瞻性选取2016年6月至2017年6月收治的74例不稳定性胸锁关节前脱位患者临床资料,据手术固定方式分两组,各37例。两组通过钢板内固定术治疗,对照组采取普通锁定钢板,研究组采取锁骨钩钢板,比较两组关节功能与临床指标的相关情况。结果研究组治疗后关节功能优良率94.59%(35/37)高于对照组的功能优良率,比较差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组术中出血量(46.73±6.28)m L、手术时间(47.14±7.62)d以及愈合时间(3.12±1.09)周优于对照组的临床指标,比较差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论锁骨钩钢板内固定术结合治疗有较好的巩固稳定性,相比锁定钢板内固定术可以持久维系关节复位,保障关节功能的恢复进度,手术操作便捷,有普及应用价值。Objective To explore the clavicular hook plate and the locking plate fixation used to treat the clinical effect of instability before the sternoclavicular jointdislocation. Methods Prospective in June 2016-June 2017 74 patients with anterior dislocation of instability sternoclavicular joints clinical data, fixed way is dividedinto two groups according to the operation, the 37 cases.Through the plate fixation treatment in both groups, control group take ordinary locking plate, the team takeclavicular hook plate, comparing two groups of joint function and clinical indicators. Results The team joint function was 94.59% （35/37） after treatment functionis higher than the control group, comparing differences statistically significant （P 〈0.05）; bleeding amount of team （46.73±6.28） mL, operation time （47.14±7.62） dand healing time is better than that of control group （3.12±1.09） weeks of clinical indicators, compare the differences statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. ConclusionClavicular hook plate fixation combined with treatment has better consolidate stability, compared with the locking plate fixation can be maintained joint reset,guarantee the recovery of joint function progress, the operation is convenient, has a widespread application value.
