摘　　要：随着移动互联网和人工智能技术的快速发展,现有的监控系统已经无法满足人们的需求。为了提升监控系统的功能,设计并实现了一种基于Android平台的音视频监控系统。该系统采用RTMP协议进行音视频传输,实现了语音对话功能。借助云端服务器能够在数据采集端和手机APP监控端进行语音指令和消息的传递。方案解决了传统监控系统只能处于被动监控的状态,提高了监控系统的智能性和灵活性,特别是为家居类监控提供了一个非常实用的解决方案。With the rapid development of mobile Internet and artificial intelligence technology, the existing monitoring system has been unable to meet the needs of people. In order to improve the function of the monitoring system, a set of audio and video monitoring system based on Android platform was designed and implemented. The system used RTMP protocol for audio and video transmission, and realized the voice dialogue function. With the help of cloud server, the voice instruction and message transfer could be carried out in the data collection end and the mobile phone APP monitoring terminal. The scheme solves the state that the traditional monitoring system can only be in passive monitoring, and improves the intelligence and flexibility of the monitoring system. It especially provides a practical solution for the household monitoring.
