摘  要:现有飞机机务拆装及调试维护主要依靠文字技术资料指导,不直观,掌握困难,不适应新一代飞机维护技术需求。基于飞机数模,研究数模轻量化和三维动态仿真技术,实现飞机重要成附件拆装、系统运行原理和机务维护调试三维动态仿真,显著提升机务培训、系统调试、飞机维护技术能力和水平。The existing disassembly, installation, and maintenance of aircrafts mainly depend on written technical data. They are not intuitive and difficult to master, and they do not meet the needs of new generation aircraft maintenance technologies. Based on the aircraft's digital model,researching lightweight digital simulation and three-dimensional dynamic simulation technology, the three-dimensional dynamic simulation of important attachments disassembly, operation of the system, and maintenance of the aircraft are realized, which can significantly improve the technical capabilities of maintenance training, system debugging, and aircraft maintenance.
