摘 要:目的研究在糖尿病微血管病变诊断中应用糖化血红蛋白(Hb Alc)检测的临床效果和应用价值。方法将漯河医学高等专科学校第三附属医院从2016年8月至2017年8月期间纳入且参与诊治的60例糖尿病患者作为本次分析研究的实验组资料,根据患者病症进行组别划分,即为无微血管病变组(A组)、微血管病变组(B组),每组纳入30例糖尿病患者,将漯河医学高等专科学校第三附属医院从2016年8月至2017年8月期间纳入且参与分析的30例健康体检人员作为此次研究的参照组资料,对比研究A组、参照组、B组受检人员Hb Alc水平、空腹血糖(FBG)水平。结果数据研究发现,A组受检人员Hb Alc水平、FBG水平显著高于参照组数据,统计学展现数据组间参比分析意义(P<0.05)。B组受检人员Hb Alc水平、FBG水平显著高于参照组数据,统计学展现数据组间参比分析意义(P<0.05)。B组受检人员Hb Alc水平、FBG水平显著高于A组数据,统计学展现数据组间参比分析意义(P<0.05)。结论将糖化血红蛋白检测技术在诊断糖尿病微血管病变中应用具有显著作用,能够对疾病发展和发生进行有效判断,可当做早期诊断糖尿病的标准。Objective To study the clinical effect and application value of glycosylated hemoglobin in the diagnosis of diabetic microangiopathy. Methods Sixty patients with diabetes admitted to and participating in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Luohe Medical College from August 2016 to August 2017 were selected as experimental group data for this analysis and grouped according to the patient's condition. In the group without microangiopathy and microangiopathy, 30 patients with diabetes were included in the group. The 30 affiliated hospitals of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Luohe Medical College from August 2016 to August 2017 participated in the analysis and participated in the analysis. The reference group data of this study compared the levels of Hb Alc and fasting blood glucose(FBG) in subjects without microvascular disease, reference group, and microvascular disease group. Results Data showed that Hb Alc levels and FBG levels in the subjects without microvascular disease were significantly higher than those in the reference group, and statistically demonstrated statistical significance between the data groups(P〈0.05). The Hb Alc level and FBG level in the microvascular disease group were significantly higher than those in the reference group, and the statistics showed statistical significance(P〈0.05). The Hb Alc level and FBG level in the microvascular disease group were significantly higher than those in the non-microvascular disease group, and statistically demonstrated statistical significance between the data groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion The use of glycated hemoglobin detection technology in the diagnosis of diabetic microangiopathy has a significant role in the disease can be an effective judgment of the development and occurrence, can be used as early diagnostic criteria for diabetes.
