跨境电商人才培育与社会需求的“双缺口”困境及解决对策

摘　　要：外贸人才供需面临着供大于需的困境,同时跨境电商人才缺失已经成为阻碍跨境电商发展的瓶颈。要解决这一困境,高校外贸人才培养必须转型,以企业和跨境电商平台需求为导向优化人才培养方案,以实战参与提升跨境电商师资水平,搭建产教深度融合的跨境电商人才孵化基地,培养懂外贸、通语言、具有互联网思维的复合型国际化人才。A new dilemma situation arises： the supply of traditional foreign trade talents exceeds social demands,while the lack of cross-border commerce talents has become the bottleneck which hindering the development of cross-border commerce businesses. To solve the＂Two Gaps＂dilemma,The training of foreign trade talents in universities must be transformed,such as optimize market-oriented talent training program,enhance the teacher＇s ability by encouraging them to go to enterprises to do real cross-border commerce business,set up cross border commerce talent incubator base with deep integration of industry and education,and then cultivate complex internationalized talents who obtained foreign trade knowledge,excellet english and internet thinking.
