摘  要:液压系统在各类农用车辆上的使用十分常见,而支撑液压系统工作的大部分元器件主要是各类管道及管件,选择合理的管道、管件可以更为有效地提高液压系统的工作效率,从而提高农用车辆的整体性能。而在传输液压油的过程中,内流体在管路内流动,必将造成对管路的持续冲击,并且在一些弯头、变径位置将会形成一定的汽蚀,缩短了管件的使用寿命,从而引起一系列的链反应,造成了机械设备的故障。根据上述问题,开发变径管件可以有效地减弱这类问题的发生。所谓变径管件,即通过改变管件内壁的厚度,加大被冲击处的壁厚,同时减小被冲击处背向壁厚,以形成更为圆滑的内壁,为内流体创造更为稳定的流动环境,从而降低内流体在管路内的流动压头损失,增加液压系统的能效。Hydraulic system is very common in all kinds of agricultural vehicles, and most of the components supporting the hydraulic system are mainly all kinds of pipes and fittings. Choosing reasonable pipes and fittings can improve the efficiency of the hydraulic system more effectively, thereby improving the overall performance of agricultural vehicles. In the process of transferring hydraulic oil, the flow of internal fluid in the pipeline will inevitably cause continuous impact on the pipeline, and in some elbows, diameter change position will form a certain cavitation, shorten the service life of the pipe, thus causing a series of chain reaction, resulting in mechanical equipment failure. According to the above problems, the development of variable diameter fittings can effectively reduce the occurrence of such problems. The so-called variable diameter pipe fittings, that is, by changing the thickness of the inner wall of the pipe fittings, increase the wall thickness of the impact area, while reducing the back wall thickness of the impact area, to form a more smooth inner wall, to create a more stable flow environment for the internal fluid, thereby reducing the loss of internal fluid flow pressure head in the pipeline, and increasing the energy efficiency of the hydraulic system.
