密集烤房手动式提升回风挡板控制装置的研制与使用

摘　　要：近年,全国普遍推广使用密集式烤房,烘烤效率得到提高,劳动强度不断下降。剑阁县根据行业要求,域内所有烟农均采用密集式烤房进行烟叶烘烤。但现有密集式烤房在烘烤中,实际湿球温度普遍高于工艺湿球温度,通过现有排湿装置不能有效调控烘烤湿球温度,造成烤坏烟比率较高。广元市烟草公司剑阁分公司针对关键问题,研制了密集烤房手动式提升回风挡板控制装置,能够有效调控烘烤过程中的烤房湿度,降低烤坏烟比率,增加烟农收益,达到了"提质增效"的目的。文章就该装置的应用改制进行了论述。In recent years, the bulk curing barn has been popularized throughout the country, the roast efficiency has been improved, and the labor intensity kept falling. According to industry requirements, all tobacco farmers in Jiange use bulk curing barn to bake tobacco leaves. However, the actual wet bulb temperature is higher than the technological wet bulb temperature in the bulk curing barn. The existing dehumidification device can not effectively control the baking wet bulb temperature, resulting in a higher ratio of the bad tobacco. Aiming at the key problems, the Guang Yuan Tobacco Company Jiange Branch has developed a manual lift baffle which for control the return air, which can effectively control the humidity in the baking process, reduce the ratio of bad tobacco, and increase the income of the tobacco farmers. The aim of ＂improving quality and increasing efficiency＂ has been achieved. In this paper, the application and restructuring of the device are discussed.
